Winemaking: Cold Maceration occurs at 10º C for 12 hours to obtain the maximum complexity and intense aromas possible.
Fermentation: Occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Aging on Lees: Minimum 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Aroma: Intense aromas of fruits and minerals.
