A young refreshing, fruity white wine, made from the indigenous Hondarribi Zuri grape varietal.
{Vineyard}
Located 300 m. above sea level on the coast of the Cantabrian Sea, it is characterized by a deep soil composed of slate and granite.
{Vinification}
Special selection of the grapes with prefermentation maceration and pressing slow at low pressures. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
{Tasting notes}
Color: light, clean, yellow color with hints of greenish hues.
Nose: Intense aromas of fruits and minerals with notes of white flowers such as chamomile and lime and grapefruit citrus fruits.
Mouth: A medium body complexity with a rich mouth-feel and enlivened with de delicate acidity from the cool coastal climate of the Basque Country.
